Every store on OrdersApp gets its own store URL, like your-store-name.orders.app. This is a link you can share with customers so they can place orders through a simple online form, no chatting back and forth required. You can find your store URL at the top of your Orders App dashboard.
What your store URL is for
When a customer opens your store URL, they see a Place an Order form with your store name at the top.
They fill in their order details, then at the bottom they tap Create Order and send it to you through Instagram or WhatsApp.
The order arrives in your chat already formatted, so Orders App reads it cleanly and adds it to your dashboard. It's a simple way to collect tidy orders from customers.
