How to change your store URL?

Orders App gives you a store URL through which you can accept orders directly. This becomes useful when you want to collect order details in a structured manner.

Your store URL is yours to customize, so you can swap the default one for something that matches your brand and is easy for customers to remember. This guide will walk you through the steps.

Open settings

Go to your dashboard and tap Settings > Store.

Select Store URL.

Enter your new URL

Type the URL you want in front of .orders.app. Orders App checks it as you type and tells you if it's available. Once you see your chosen URL is available, tap Update URL to save it.

Tip

Keep your URL short and close to your business name, so it's easy for customers to remember and type.

Note

If you change your URL, any older links you've already shared will stop working, so update it anywhere you've posted it (like your Instagram bio).
