How to add a new product?

In Orders App, it is not mandatory to add all your products and inventory. The app will automatically learn about the products you have based on the incoming messages.

If you still wish to add products, here are the instructions. When you add products in Orders App, it will become easier for your customers to place orders via the store URL.

Go to Settings

To add a new product, open Settings and select Products.

Tap the + icon in the top right corner to open the product creation screen.

Add product information

Enter your product details. If you need to include additional information, tap + Add Details to create custom fields for your product.

In this example, we've added a Material option. Under Detail Name, add a title for the custom field and under Detail Value, add the appropriate information for the product.

When you're finished, tap Save. Your new product will be added to your catalog and will immediately be available for customers to order from your Orders App page.
