Once your account is connected to WhatsApp Business or Instagram, Orders App can automatically turn the messages your customers send into real orders. This guide walks you through it with a real example, from the moment a customer sends their details to seeing the finished order in your app.
Share your order format with customers
The clearest orders start with a clear format. Many sellers send customers a short template asking for the details they need, so nothing important gets missed.
For example, a fashion boutique might send:

Customer sends their order
Customers will copy the template and fill in the details, then send it to you in chat.
Orders App creates order
As soon as the message arrives, Orders App reads it and extracts the order details out of the chat message. You'll get a notification letting you know a new order has come in, with its order number.
Open your new order
Tap the notification, or open the Orders dashboard and choose the new order to see the full details. Everything the customer sent is now organized into a clean order.
That's it. Your first order is in, and every order after this follows the same simple flow. 🎉
