How to create your Orders App account?

Getting started with Orders App takes just a few minutes. This guide walks you through creating your account so you can start managing your WhatsApp and Instagram orders in one place.

Visit Orders.App

Head to Orders.App in your browser. On the homepage, click Organize my orders to begin creating your account.

Enter your details

Here, you can choose to create your account with a phone number or e-mail address, or you can sign up via Google/Apple.

About your store

At the About your store page, enter the necessary information such as your store's name, the products you will be selling and on which platform you will be selling them.

Connect your channel

Once you're in, you'll be asked to connect your WhatsApp Business or Instagram account. This is how Orders App reads your incoming order details and brings them into your dashboard. You can connect them now or skip this step for the time being.

That's it. Your account is set up, and your orders will start appearing in your dashboard as customers message you.
